Dear Frances ships worldwide from the UK, with free exchanges and returns. 

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost? 

We ship quickly and offer free exchanges and returns on all orders. Orders are usually fulfilled and dispatched within one working day of receipt and shipped to our customers all over the world for a small fixed fee. Please allow 3 working days during sale periods. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipping reference to track the status of your delivery. Delivery times vary between regions, please see our Delivery & Returns page for delivery times.

Will I have to pay duties?


We ship directly from the UK. No duties.


All applicable duties are displayed and prepaid at checkout. Your item will be shipped delivered duties paid to ensure no further charges within the EU.

Which size should I order if I am between sizes?

Dear Frances shoes fit true to size. Due to Italian sizing, our shoes run slightly narrow so if you are between sizes, we recommend selecting one size up. Please check the size guide within the product information for specific advice on your preferred style.
